Dopo l’esordio stagionale sul circuito del Mugello, Marco Butti è pronto a tornare in pista per il secondo round del TCR Europe Touring Car Series. Il palcoscenicosarà uno dei tracciati più iconici e impegnativi del mondo: l’autodromo belga di Spa-Francorchamps.
Il giovane pilota lariano, quest’anno alla guida della CUPRA Leon VZ TCR del team campione in carica Monlau Motorsport, arriva in Belgio con la
determinazione di scalare la classifica generale dopo un primo round caratterizzato da un apprendimento costante della nuova vettura.
Il feeling con la CUPRA e le ambizioni per Spa Dopo aver concluso il weekend inaugurale raccogliendo punti preziosi, Butti ha lavorato intensamente con gli ingegneri del team spagnolo per affinare il set-up della sua CUPRA. Spa-Francorchamps rappresenta un banco di prova fondamentale: un circuito veloce, tecnico e spesso imprevedibile a causa del meteo, dove Marco ha già dimostrato in passato di saper brillare (ricordiamo la splendida vittoria conquistata proprio qui nel 2025).
«Andiamo a Spa con le idee chiare,» ha dichiarato Marco Butti. «Il Mugello è stato un weekend di rodaggio con la nuova macchina e il nuovo team. Ho un ottimo
feeling con i ragazzi di Monlau e sappiamo dove dobbiamo lavorare per estrarre il massimo potenziale dalla CUPRA. Spa è una pista che amo, dove la velocità pura
e il coraggio contano moltissimo. L’obiettivo è lottare stabilmente per le posizioni di vertice e portare a casa un risultato pesante per il campionato.»

of the most iconic and demanding circuits in the world: the Belgian track of Spa-Francorchamps.
The young Italian talent, driving the CUPRA Leon VZ TCR for the defending champion team Monlau Motorsport, arrives in Belgium determined to climb the
overall standings after a solid debut weekend focused on learning the new car’s dynamics.
Feeling with the CUPRA and Ambitions for Spa After collecting valuable points in the opening round, Butti has worked closely with the Spanish team’s engineers to fine-tune the setup of his CUPRA.
Spa-Francorchamps represents a crucial litmus test: a fast, technical, and often unpredictable circuit due to its microclimate, where Marco has previously proven
his prowess (notably with a stunning victory here in 2025).
